You Remembered (“Remembered” in the app) and the Remembered website are provided by Land Run Brands, LLC. These terms describe the conditions for using Remembered and its website, including optional paid features. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you may stop using Remembered and the website. You remain responsible for managing any active subscription through your Apple Account.
Your app license
Remembered is licensed through the App Store under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. That agreement governs your license to the app, including its license restrictions, termination, warranties, and liability provisions. These Remembered terms explain our app and website services and do not replace the Apple Standard EULA. If these terms conflict with that agreement about the app license, the Apple Standard EULA controls. Applicable consumer rights remain protected.
What Remembered does
Remembered helps you keep in touch with people you choose, remember birthdays and other important dates, and prepare messages and cards. Suggested wording is a starting point that you can edit. You decide which people to add, what information to save, what to say, and when to reach out.
Remembered does not automatically send texts, read your message conversations, or guarantee a response or relationship outcome. You review the recipient and message and tap Send in Apple’s message composer. With a prepared draft and saved recipient, this can take two taps; setup, editing, permissions, or missing information can add steps.
Using Remembered responsibly
Use Remembered only for lawful purposes and in ways that respect other people’s privacy and rights. Make sure you have an appropriate reason to store information about the people you add and to contact them. You are responsible for the names, dates, phone numbers, notes, signatures, and messages you enter or send.
Do not use Remembered to send spam, impersonate someone, harass or threaten others, distribute unlawful material, or infringe another person’s rights. Do not interfere with the website or attempt to bypass purchase access controls. Your use of Apple services must also comply with the terms that apply to those services.
Reminders and message delivery
Reminders depend on the information you save, your notification permissions, device settings, and the operation of iOS. Incorrect dates, disabled notifications, device changes, or other technical conditions can affect reminders. Check information that is important to you and maintain any separate reminders or backups you need.
Apple and your carrier handle message delivery. Their availability, charges, and terms apply. Remembered cannot guarantee that a message or card will be delivered or read. A record in Remembered’s contact history is not proof that a recipient received or read a message.
Free features and Remembered Pro
Remembered includes a free option for up to three people, Classic and Warm message tones, and two card designs on Cream paper. Remembered Pro provides additional features, including more people, message tones, card designs, paper choices, and advance reminders.
Available plans, included features, local prices, and any eligible offers are shown in the app before purchase. Review that information and Apple’s purchase confirmation before agreeing to a charge. Access to paid features depends on a valid purchase or other eligible entitlement. We use RevenueCat to help validate purchases, restore access, and manage Pro entitlements.
Subscriptions and renewal
Monthly and annual Pro plans are subscriptions billed through your Apple Account. Payment is charged when you confirm the purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal under Apple’s displayed terms. To avoid the next renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple may charge for renewal during the 24 hours before that period ends.
If an introductory offer is available and you are eligible, the app and Apple’s purchase confirmation show its price, duration, and the price that follows. After the offer ends, the subscription renews at the disclosed regular price unless you cancel. Offers may vary by storefront and eligibility.
Managing or canceling a subscription
Manage your subscription in your iPhone’s Settings under your Apple Account and Subscriptions. You can also follow Apple’s subscription cancellation instructions. Canceling stops future renewal; the access and expiration date shown by Apple apply to your purchase.
Deleting the app, removing your saved people, or using “Delete everything” does not cancel a subscription. Contact Apple if you need help locating a charge or managing the Apple Account used for the purchase.
Lifetime access and Family Sharing
Lifetime Pro is a one-time, non-consumable purchase rather than an automatically renewing subscription. It does not create a recurring subscription charge. Access is associated with the eligible Apple purchase and can be restored through the app using the appropriate Apple Account. Lifetime access does not mean that your local app information is stored in the cloud or backed up by Remembered.
Eligible Lifetime purchases support Apple Family Sharing, subject to Apple’s purchase-sharing settings and eligibility requirements. This shares Pro access with eligible family members. It does not share or synchronize anyone’s people, dates, notes, drafts, signatures, or message history. Changes to the family group, sharing settings, or purchase status may affect shared access. Monthly and annual plans are not offered as Family Sharing plans in Remembered.
Refunds and restoring purchases
For purchases billed by Apple, you can request a refund through Apple’s refund process or reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple determines eligibility under its policies and the consumer protections that apply to your purchase. These terms do not remove any right to a refund or other remedy provided by law.
Use Restore Purchases in Remembered if an eligible purchase is not reflected in the app. You may need the Apple Account used for the original purchase and an internet connection. A refunded or revoked purchase, an expired subscription, or a change in Family Sharing eligibility may affect Pro access. Restoring a purchase restores eligible access; it does not recover deleted local contacts, dates, or drafts.
Your information and privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how Remembered handles local app information, purchase information, support communications, and your privacy choices. No Remembered account is required. The app does not provide its own cloud synchronization, and device backups are controlled separately through Apple.
Keep any device backups you need. Deleting local app information can remove it from Remembered. Land Run Brands cannot retrieve people, dates, or drafts that were never uploaded to us. Deleting app information does not erase purchase records held by Apple or RevenueCat.
Cards, website content, and creator materials
You retain your rights in original content you provide, such as personal text and signatures. You may use Remembered’s card features to create and send personal greetings as intended by the app. Land Run Brands and its licensors retain their rights in the software, branding, designs, and other supplied content. A purchase does not transfer ownership of the app or its brand assets.
Creator materials available through the website are supplied for making Remembered campaign content. Use supplied logos and graphics according to the accompanying brand guide. The applicable campaign agreement determines commercial usage rights, deliverables, compensation, and posting requirements. These app terms do not grant additional rights to a creator’s likeness, footage, music, or other third-party content.
Other services
Remembered may open or link to Apple services, payment support, privacy information, and other websites. Those services are operated by their respective providers and have their own terms and policies. Contact the relevant provider about problems with its service, and contact us about Remembered itself.
Updates, availability, and consumer rights
We may update Remembered and the website to improve features, address errors, or respond to technical requirements. Availability can depend on your device, iOS version, App Store availability, and third-party services. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Any app-license warranty or liability provisions are governed by the Apple Standard EULA and applicable law.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer guarantees or other rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Changes to services or paid access remain subject to the purchase terms and legal protections that apply to you.
Changes to these terms
If we update these terms, we will publish the revised copy on this page and change the “Last updated” date. Where an applicable change requires additional notice or consent, we will provide it as required. Changes do not remove rights that already apply to your purchase.
